Overview

Build, convert, secure and maintain, with one contractor

Our construction division covers the work most sites need from one contractor, so you are not coordinating four of them. Ask for a site visit and measure-up before we quote, and the quote is itemised before any work starts.

How we work

Our approach

We plan around your programme rather than ours. That means agreeing scope, dates and costs before work starts, writing them into the agreement, and then holding to them. If something changes on site you get a call, not a surprise on the invoice.

What you get

  • Quoted per job, with no surprise line items
  • Work started and finished on the dates agreed
  • One contractor accountable from start to finish
  • Work you do not have to go back and fix

On site

  • A converted container finished in blue on site
  • Steel roof trusses going up
  • Kerbing laid along a new road

FAQs

Construction: common questions

What construction work do you take on?

Container conversions, fencing installation, welding, industrial conversions, residential construction, renovations and maintenance, and plant hire with an operator. If a job needs more than one of those, we would rather do all of it than coordinate around another contractor.

What can a shipping container be converted into?

Offices, homes, or storage units.

What fencing do you install?

Residential, commercial and industrial fencing.

What welding work do you do?

Welding for structural and custom projects.

Do you do renovations and maintenance?

Yes: home and office improvements, repairs, and maintenance.

What plant do you hire out?

A TLB, a tipper truck and a roller. Each one is hired with one of our operators, not on its own. Tell us where the site is, what the work is and when you need the machine, and we will quote it.

Will you come and see the site before you quote?

Yes, if you would like us to. Tick the site visit box on the quote form, or ask when you call, and someone will come and look first.

Need this on your site?

Tell us what the job needs and when. We will come back with an itemised quote.

An email address or a phone number is enough; you do not need both.
